I've always felt like agility is a lot about rhythm. And when you don't do it for a while, that rhythm gets rusty. Totally able to get it back, but the timing just seems off. Which might be why you think you're slower, or not getting to things. You're probably just as fast (you look fast to me!) but the timing... wonky.

I hear you on the $$ thing too. Just, I don't really spend any on anything else! So yeah, it's always a juggling act.
