DCAA AKC Trial May 30, 31
What the hell was up with Panic this past weekend? HE KICKED ASS. He was PERFECT. What a good boy. This is his fourth trial, and my goal was just one Q in something; he's never Q'ed before. Well by god he qualified in 3/5 runs! Now we have a leg in every class!
Some highlights of the weekend:
-Stuck his teeter contacts (no flying!)
-Hit Aframe/Dogwalk contacts beautifully
-NO KNOCKED BARS AT ALL!
-Nailed weave entries in all but one run, which was a hard almost 180 degree turn off the dogwalk to the weaves (that in Novice?!)
-Didn't leap off/refuse the table
-Read my cues perfectly
The only issue we had all weekend was that he went under the tire in FAST, and bypassed a jump in jumpers. I'm so proud, we're finally on our way!
Only Sunday's runs got filmed. Saturday's standard was SO AWESOME though. Wish I had it!
