So I really have been keeping up with my resolution to train and get in better shape. Granted I don't train THAT often, but I DO train, and I have been running. Until I got a shin splint--ouch! I must have gotten it around Thursday and ran on it anyway (I have a problem in that when I am in pain, I usually just think "Oh it's nothing!" and keep going. Usually it is nothing!) and it has been hurting on and off ever since. Obviously not a big deal, but I feel like it's something that is going to crop up again and again, especially since I can't really cease all physical activity long enough for it to really feel better. Oh well, the show must go on.
