More flashbacks
Jan. 17th, 2012 10:41 pmStill awaiting the day when I can get my new computer. Hopefully in a few weeks. In the meantime, here's another flashback. This is Laila, our foster puppy back in 2007 and my first ever experience with a border collie.
She actually looks a bit Aussie-ish looking back on these photos. As I recall she was about seven months old when we had her. She went to live in Michigan and from what I've heard has become quite the obedience dog.
She was a cutie for sure!
I am incredibly grateful for all the dogs my family and I fostered before I got Panic (39 to be exact!). I learned so much training each of them, although I have to say I still was not prepared for the whirlwind of destruction and frustration that I experienced (and frankly still experience from time to time) with my boy. I do love him for it.
P.S. we don't have snow here either, just tornadoes.
