Goodbye Summer

Tomorrow's the day, the day I head to my third year at Wooster. I'm looking forward to this year: to the classes I'm taking, to my new job as promotions director for the radio station, to the cross country season, to the volunteer work I'll be doing every week, and to be living in a house instead of a dorm. Oh yes, it'll be my busiest year yet, but worth it, definitely. Panic will definitely get to visit me a bit this year when I'm not so busy, and that will be very nice.

This summer, overall, was a good one. I'm not sure I've really processed it all yet. It feels so long ago already that we took our trip, and I really hope that there is a lot of traveling in our future. It's not a strong desire I've ever had before, but now I want to go everywhere.

Oh yes, and my new tattoo, while slightly painful, is not slowing me down as much as I anticipated. The most challenging thing has been keeping dog hair off of it. I never put much thought into how much dog hair falls onto the top of my feet.

Goodbye summer, thanks for the memories.
